Our direct link to the Federal Reserve Bank allows us to receive your ACH returns electronically and send them to you with the original transaction information, accompanied by the reason for the return, all in the format you require. ACH Commerce can reject return items received after the time period allowed by the ACH rules by dishonoring them as "untimely" returns. All return history is stored in our central database, and one of our ACH-accredited professionals can assist you in analyzing your return activity to help you manage risk and reduce cost.
