PayBySuiteSM supports the creation of batch entries, it also offers flexible scheduling options and entry of a single one-time payment using a credit card, savings or checking account as the method of payment.
The check conversion module, ARC21x1SM, utilizes a Mag-Tek imaging device to support conversion of paper checks into either an ARC item or Check 21, formatting the information to facilitate IRD printing or image clearing.
In order to reduce return items, a variety of verification and validation services are available and can be set to default for all payments or elected as the payment is being accepted.
At the end of the day, a report can be generated for posting purposes or data can be exported from PayBySuiteSM for automatic posting into an A/R system. Detailed outline reporting is accessible via the PSRSM module, which allows you to view payment status, returns, chargebacks and settlement entires.
